We collect contact details and any information you provide when you book a call or email us, along with standard server logs. We process this data to communicate with you and to operate and secure the site, under GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) (pre-contractual steps and contract) and Art. 6(1)(f) (legitimate interests in operating and securing the site).

We share data with service providers used for scheduling, hosting, email, analytics, and infrastructure. Some are located outside the EEA, with transfers covered by Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards. We do not sell personal data.

We retain data only as long as necessary for the purposes above, typically up to 24 months after the last interaction.
